Diabetes Detection with MLOps

Using TensorFlow Extended (TFX), I built a scalable machine learning pipeline for diabetes detection, orchestrating data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation with Apache Beam. The complete pipeline was deployed to a web platform on Heroku, and system health and performance were continuously monitored using Prometheus to ensure reliability and efficiency.
